Small, light and convenient: The Cracklight-technology, developed by Automation W+R GmbH, offers economical advantages for the crack detection process compared to traditional UV-radiation lamps. The mobile system stimulates the fluorescence by means of blue-light LEDs, which are immediately operational after turn on rather than requiring a warm-up time.

Due to the light weight and ergonomic design, but especially due to the high cost efficiency, this illumination system is ideal for mobile crack inspection. Calculated against the high replacement expenses of traditional UV-illumination (replacement after approx. 1000h), the Autoflux^®-Cracklight /mobile will break even in no time! By using the optional portable battery, inspectors can also be mobile for hours without requiring any external power supply.
